Experienced integrative Counsellor
I am here to help you regulate your emotions and feel better in life, and will tailor what I offer in order to meet your needs.
Using a range of methods to support the therapy including creativity, nature, mind body work, psychological education and mindfulness, i hold compassion and acceptance as values central to my way of being a Counsellor.
Underpinned by the 3 core conditions of counselling (of Empathy, Congruence and Unconditional Positive Regard) I offer a safe and welcoming space for you to go at a pace that feels manageable.

A bit of background
I trained in Person Centred Counselling at UEA (University of East Anglia) in 2006, before gaining a post graduate Counselling Diploma with Tariki Trust in 2018, and then a Diploma in Psychotherapy which I am currently completing.
I am a tutor in Ecotherapy with Tariki Trust and have a Meditation teacher diploma. I run classes and training in these skills.
As a fully qualified and registered member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) I comply with their rigorous ethical framework, attend regular professional Clinical Supervision and am committed to ongoing professional development.
I am aware of my own personal and professional limitations and have attended over 60 hours of my own counselling.
