Hi, I'm Fairlie

I am a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor (MBACP) with an additional qualification in Psychotherapy for longer term therapeutic work. I am also IFS qualified (for more details about IFS, go to my Services page)

We can meet in my therapy room in South Norfolk, in a quiet South Norfolk woodland (fully risk assessed) or online from your own home.

My primary therapeutic method is Internal Family Systems in which I guide you to explore your inner world, supporting you to release past hurts and inner conflicts and find your way towards a state of self-acceptance, contentment, healing and inner harmony.

I use this method alongside creative therapies (including arts, crafts, sandtray and imagination) according to what suits you.

As an Ecotherapist, I offer outdoor therapy either as Walk and Talk therapy or more directly engaged with nature.

My blog page gives some free techniques and skills that you can use to support your own wellbeing right now, so please take a look.

And....if individual counselling is not for you, why not join a group? Register your interest for the next Waveney Valley IFS therapeutic group by contacting me via phone or email on counsellingwithfairlie@gmail.com

Is counselling for me?

Each person comes to therapy for their own unique reason

A problem shared ...

I will provide a safe, calm, confidential and non judgmental space for you to talk.

We will go at your pace in a way that works for you.

Appointments are 50 minutes and are usually most effective when attended weekly, though I am happy to discuss other options.

We can meet online or in person, either in my therapy space or outdoors at a quiet location in South Norfolk.

Please see the 'Appointments' page for more details and fees.
