Meditation and Mindfulness
Groups and individual practise

'Our minds can be wonderful, but at the same time they can be our very worst enemy.' Anon
Trained in Buddhist Psychology, I receive Buddhist teachings as a way of working with the mind to understand and overcome suffering. There is no religious dogma attached to our classes and people of all faiths are welcome to join the groups and practise meditation together.
In 2016 I made a personal commitment to share with others the clarity and wisdom of these psychology teachings by bringing them into a modern context and easy to understand form. The ancient wisdom I have studied provides a foundation for understanding and overcoming the suffering of every day life, and is a gift for everyone, whatever your cultural background or personal beliefs.
Through regular practice you will be able to achieve peace of mind and a sense of calm which permeates out into every moment of your daily life.
Please note: there is no religious angle to these classes, and all faiths and denominations are welcome.
Meditation is for everyone; mindfulness is for everywhere
